James Freeman '52 has three sons and five
great-grandchildren. He resides in a retirement
facility, Fleet Landing, in Atlantic Beach, Fla.

Wendell Feltman Sr. '62 lives in Chattanooga,
Tenn., where he is a member of Abba's House
Baptist Church. He is organizing the new tri-
state Republican club to increase voter response
and conservative support. Wendell is remodeling
an old classic house near the Tennessee River.

Cleve Estis '68 is retired and living on Mobile
Bay in Gulf Shores, Ala. He enjoys fishing and
volunteering at a local food pantry.

Steve Daugherty '72 resides in Birmingham, Ala.
He had fun reconnecting with old friends through
the "Old Goats" luncheon in January organized by
Brian Crawford '74. Steve is glad to hear periodic
Chapter updates and to know that all is well. "Very
best wishes to everyone; hope you have as much

David Ishee '72 is active in church-related
activities and leads a men's bible study. He is
an active Gideons International member and
volunteers with a church-based meat smoking
group that serves a department of corrections
day release program. David also attends East
Tennessee CFA meetings. He served in the
U. S. Navy and later earned a B. S. and MBA from

Joseph Sheriff '79 married his wife, Tricia,
in 1980. They sold their business in 1997 and
moved to Atlanta. Now, their son Sam works for
Joseph in the mortgage business. Sam married
his wife, Emma, in 2020. Joseph resides in
Alpharetta, Ga., and misses seeing everyone.

Ernie Kennamer '80 is a stand-up comic,
writer/actor and restaurant owner. He lives in

Jim Kline '91 celebrated his 30th wedding
anniversary with Jennifer in August 2022, taking
a trip to Jackson Hole, Wyo. They have three
children: Jack lives in Huntsville and works at a
CPA firm, Sam lives in Birmingham and works with
Jim at Iron City Wealth Management and Lucie is
finishing her nursing studies at TCU. Jim lives in

Jeremy Wood '06 and his wife, Amanda, have
two daughters, Sloane and Nora. Jeremy has
been a project manager at McAbee Construction
since 2008. He resides in Northport, Ala.

brothers! Delta Chi will host a cookout at the
house for alumni and their families on Saturday,
April 29 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
This will be a fun and relaxed event to
reconnect with friends and meet current
