History e town of Lincoln is known for several historical reminders of our state and country's past. Bean Cemetery is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It is the only cemetery in the country that is the final resting place of slave laborers who died while building the railroad through the town. Arkansas County Doctor Museum is one of only two country doctor museums in the United States. e museum occupies the former private home and clinic of three country doctors who lived there from 1926 to 1978. e exhibits include medical instruments, memorabilia, an antique horse buggy and a vintage car.
