A
t the time of publication, YOU, our alumni
brothers, have pledged over $1.35 million
toward strengthening Sigma Chi's legacy at
WVU. With your continued help, we can reach
our goal by the end of the year. Providing a
first-rate home away from home for our
undergraduates that is modern, safe, and
technologically enhanced is the ultimate way
to pay it forward in appreciation for all we've
gained from being Mu Mu Sigs!
Thanks to the early adopters who stepped
up to provide over $1 million in seed money
and show that raising a total of $2 million is
certainly possible, it is now up to the rest of us
to complete the task and reach our goal.
Your gifts are already making a tangible
difference at the chapter house. In 2022, we
replaced the roof and added new dormer
windows on the third floor. We also removed
the basement ceiling tiles over winter break and
gutted the housemother's suite to prepare for
the new bathrooms and the library expansion.
Over spring break, we look forward to replacing
the second-floor windows!
All that to say each and every dollar matters. No
contribution is too small; in fact, it will be the
collection of individually appropriate gifts
from here on out that will get us over the top.
Best of all, you can stretch your donation for up
to five years.
Perhaps you can pledge $500 annually? If 300
brothers did so, we'd quickly add $750,000 to
our fund. Some may be able to do more, while
some may wish to pledge more conservatively.
Either way, we RESOLVE to get there in 2023!
