MAINTAINING
EXCELLENCE ON 34TH STREET
GOAL: COMPLETE CRITICAL AND NECESSARY
RENOVATIONS ON 1243 34TH STREET, WITH
AN ESTIMATED COST OF $520,000.
CURRENT STATUS: Our facility is showing wear-and-tear
from many years of brothers calling 34th Street home. Crucial updates are
needed to maintain the safety of the house as well as update aspects that will
prevent further damage and upkeep the facility.
THE CHALLENGE: While the house has had limited
renovations since it was purchased in 2006, it requires ongoing maintenance
and necessary updates to maintain the current appeal. Due to financial
limitations, the Alumni and Volunteer Corporation has been unable to fund
all of the necessary renovations and upgrades that are needed.
OUR TIMELINE:
• Fall 2022-Spring 2023: Alumni and Volunteer Corporation to work
with our contractor to finalize construction plans.
• Summer 2023: Construction begins.
