7 O ur investment in the future of Gamma Upsilon will ensure the success of our chapter and will provide an opportunity for brothers to build an even stronger brotherhood. Today, perhaps more than ever, college fraternities play a significant role in shaping the lives of young men. Gamma Upsilon provides a small-group living environment that offers our members a solid foundation for their education and affords opportunities for high academic achievement in addition to the development of leadership and social skills. You alone can determine the value Gamma Upsilon added to your life through camaraderie and shared ideals. As an esteemed alumnus of the chapter, this feasibility study aims to garner your confidential and candid feedback regarding our proposed plans for the renovation of the chapter house. Ultimately, we seek a highly selective group of alumni who have the ability and interest to provide major assistance in seeing this plan become reality. Leadership and gifts from key alumni, like you, will ensure Theta Chi is able to successfully preserve the Gamma Upsilon Chapter legacy. We urge your thoughtful consideration of this plan. With your support, Theta Chi will continue to provide a quality living environment that supports, nurtures, and develops outstanding young men with the skills and confidence to face an ever- changing world. The commitment we make today cannot be underestimated—it will have a far-reaching effect on the lives of our Gamma Upsilon brothers for years to come. Now is our time to invest in the future of Gamma Upsilon. When I think of how many brothers have walked these halls, eaten their meals together, and not only laid down their heads to sleep, but also had profound life experiences, it gives me chills. To me, this project is a thank-you note to all who have come before us and those who are working so hard right now to make sure the Brotherhood of Theta Chi lives on for years to come on Bradley's campus." –Marty Deering '89, Alumni Corporation President
