he Alpha Delta House Corporation put plans in motion to
support the long-term viability and success of Phi Mu at Ole
Miss. rough careful study, assessment, and planning, it has
been determined that updates and maintenance to the Chapter
House are necessary, and we must continue to invest in our home
to meet the needs of today's students. Over the next few pages, you
will see the plans for our newly renovated Chapter House, which
will open to all members again in fall 2022. We need your support
to offset the debt we have undertaken to complete this project and
ensure that fees do not increase for our undergraduate sisters due
to project costs.

PROJECT TIMELINE
• January 2021: Construction begins and women
move out of Chapter House.
• 2021-22 Academic Year: Construction continues
with Chapter meetings held off-site and no women
living in, but with meals served in dining room
throughout construction.
• Fall 2022: House reopens.

• Increased occupancy from 54 to 62
• Addition of third floor with Chapter room
• Additional lounge and study spaces
• Upgraded interior and exterior finishes
