Q: What's your personal
favorite thing about the
Dogwood Festival?
I love catching up with people
that I run into at the Festival.
Whether it's been a couple of
days or a couple of years since
I've seen them, I always enjoy
seeing familiar faces as we're
enjoying the Festival together.
And also, I love the food. I look
forward to my kettle corn and
root beer, every year - and always
have to try out the new food as
well!
Q: What's one thing you
would like people to know about
the festival?
The Dogwood Festival is
always evolving. It's been around
for 47 years, and while we have
lots of staples that are always
there, and we honor the traditions
that have been established,
every year there are new booths,
new food vendors, and new
entertainment and events! I've
heard people say "If you've been
to one Dogwood Festival, you've
been to them all" but that's simply
not true! Every year there is
something new to see - so come
out and see us!
