O
ur Sigma home is the place where we first met our sisters, gained lifelong friends, and became the women we are today. Our home was
built nearly 100 years ago, and while loyal house corporation members have worked diligently to keep the house updated and safe for our
sisters, our home needs improvements to allow for the sisterhood, personal growth, and relationship building we all cherish so dearly from our
time at 1202 W. Nevada.

WHY NOW?
Our house needs a long-term solution to
ensure our continued legacy on campus.
∙ With 150 active members, we need to
provide the necessary space for sisters
to live, gather, and create memories.
∙ We must provide a home that future
members will be excited to live in.
Our house is no longer competitive.
∙ Kappa Delta and Delta Zeta both have
new houses.
∙ Off-campus luxury apartments and on-
campus housing are major competition.
Our chapter is worthy of support.
∙ Sisterhood is 150 sisters strong
∙ Academics is a major focus with an
average GPA of 3.54 (above all-sorority
and all women GPAs).
∙ Philanthropy is committed to Ronald
McDonald house and community service.
