"The Golden Palace" In honor of Betty White, who recently passed away just shy of her 100th birthday, Hulu offers the only season of this 1992-93 CBS comedy that catches up with former Golden Girls Rose, Blanche and Sophia (White, Rue McClanahan, Estelle Getty), now transplanted in South Beach following the remarriage of ex-housemate Dorothy, where they run an art deco hotel called the Golden Palace. "The Accidental Wolf " "Succession" actor Arian Moayed is the creative force behind this thriller series about Katie (Kelli O'Hara, "13 Reasons Why"), a Manhattan housewife and mother who takes action when she receives a mysterious call from a panicked man who evidently is fighting for survival and pleading for the life of his pregnant, wounded wife. Raul Castillo, Mike Doyle, Judith Ivey and Denis O'Hare also star. (ORIGINAL) "After Life" The third season of this dramedy series continues the adventures of Tony (series creator and writer Ricky Gervais), a small-town newspaper columnist who discovers that the best way to move on from the death of his wife is to make others feel good. Penelope Wilton ("Downton Abbey"), Ashley Jensen ("Extras"), Tom Basden ("Plebs") and Tony Way also star. (ORIGINAL) The STREAM Scene Where all the top choices can be found in one place! "Random Rings: Seasons 1 & 2" (Jan. 26) This series of animated comedy shorts that originally aired on Disney Channel features Disney characters, primarily the cast of "Big City Greens," making random calls to strangers a la "Crank Yankers," except here the calls are all scripted to convey the feeling of catching someone off guard. Page 8 January 24 - 30, 2022 InFocus "Dollface: Season 2" (Hulu — season premiere, Feb. 11) The sophomore round of the original comedy series catches up with Jules (Kat Dennings) and pals Madison, Stella and Izzy (Brenda Song, Shay Mitchell, Esther Povitsky) post-pandemic, post-heartbreak and heading toward 30 as Jules tries to keep the gang together while they navigate work, love and a deeper relationship with each of themselves.
