Major: Business Marketing What has changed in your life because of Phi Delta Theta? Phi Delta Theta has taught me responsibility, organization, time management, and most importantly, how to trust in my brothers. There are always guys who are willing to help me with anything, whether it be homework or a ride. To me, it is just an honor to be a part of Phi Delta Theta, and I hope to share my experience and lessons with future members. What would it mean to have scholarship opportunities specifically for Missouri Alpha members? It would mean a lot not only to people who receive the scholarship, but also just in general. It shows how Missouri Alpha helps brothers and gives members of the fraternity an incentive to be the best college student they can be. Thomas Gilmore '25 Hometown: Sikeston, Mo. Major: Political Science How would you describe the makeup of MO Alpha today? There is so much diversity and many great personalities in the house; everyone treats each other with kindness and respect. The house feels like a home—as it should be. What would it mean to have scholarship opportunities specifically for Missouri Alpha members? Having a scholarship opportunity specifically for MO Alpha would give the guys who are taking out loans or working to pay for college much-needed assistance. Similarly, I think it would benefit the well-being of some brothers within the house by providing some stress relief. John Garagnani '23 Hometown: Camdenton, Mo. Major: Psychology What has changed in your life because of Phi Delta Theta? Phi Delta Theta has made me a better man by increasing both the quality and quantity of my social circle. It allows me to experience a diverse community of guys from different walks of life. It provides a sense of belonging and has improved my ability to connect with others on a deeper level. What would it mean to have scholarship opportunities specifically for Missouri Alpha members? It would be great knowing my brothers come from all different financial backgrounds; some need the extra help, especially with the work they put into college and the fraternity. Nolan Lombardo '24 Hometown: St. Louis, Mo. Major: Business Marketing and Education How would you describe the makeup of MO Alpha today? We have incredible diversity among our members, from our seniors down to the new members—it is impressive to see. Everyone comes from a different background, but we all come together in one house, and that is pretty unique. What would it mean to have scholarship opportunities specifically for Missouri Alpha members? It would be an awesome opportunity for any member to have the ability to earn a scholarship. It would help our recruitment and engagement of brothers in academics throughout their active years at Mizzou.
