T he Iowa Delta alumni and undergraduate leadership has developed a solid plan to address the long-term viability of the SigEp experience on Drake's campus. e proposed project has three main goals: Iowa Delta Chapter 4 Our Dream for Iowa Delta House Renovations • Complete necessary renovations at 1243 34th Street to ensure a safe and sustainable place for our brothers to call home. • Estimated Cost: $520,000 Financial Security • Restructure debt obligations to improve cashflow and lower overall expenses. • Reduce our debt in a way that ensures Iowa Delta can weather any unforeseen crisis and provide a premier fraternity experience at Drake. • Estimated Cost: $230,000 Scholarship • Develop endowments for Chapter scholarships, including the Balanced Man scholarship and Rod Rhodes scholarship, to lessen the financial burden for our Chapter members and ensure SigEp can be experienced by any worthy individual, regardless of external economic factors. • Estimated Cost: $250,000 "Iowa Delta undergraduates achieve high GPAs, graduate successful members, are highly involved on campus, excel at intramurals, and are one of the top chapters on campus.
