T hanks to the support from more than 160 generous and dedicated donors, we have raised $4,382,563 toward the Securing Epsilon's Legacy campaign— putting us less than $120,000 away from our goal of $4.5 million. A heartfelt thank you goes to everyone who has contributed their time and money to make this campaign a success. We are grateful to be able to honor the structure and history of our home while bringing it up to today's needs and standards. Our local Greek neighbors have been vocal, and they love the clean and crisp new look to our house. After replacing the 1965 white siding with brick, the exterior of TKE looks fantastic. Here's a recap of what else we've accomplished so far: • New windows were installed to replace the 1965 windows. • A new addition to the house leaves brothers a large workspace. • A 30-foot flagpole and 6-foot-by-10-foot flag was donated by Jim Olberding '58 E-665 and his wife. • Updates were made to the kitchen. There are a still a few minor items that have yet to be completed due to part shortages or being held up in the supply chain mess. While the campaign has completed 99% of its remodeling, we need to make one last push to raise additional funds to complete our projects as envisioned. We are always seeking to grow the scholarship endowment, but retiring the remaining building expansion debt is our highest priority. For those of you have already donated, we are calling on you again to lend a hand. Whether that help comes in the form of encouraging other brothers to give back or choosing to give again, your extended support will make a difference in the lives of the undergraduate brothers following in your footsteps for years to come. If you have yet to donate to our campaign efforts, we encourage you to think back to your time at TKE and remember what gifts Epsilon Chapter has given you. We will end the campaign with about $650,000 of planned debt. We are hoping those Tekes who have yet to give will step up; your participation will be much appreciated. Those gifts could be the difference in us hitting or exceeding $4.5 million. Also, after 29 years with us, we want to give our best wishes to housemother Sandy Clem! We are excited to welcome our new housemother, Kay Owen. She is doing great and cannot wait to meet you when you stop by the new and improved Chapter House.
