3 GAMMA RHO REPORT A s an active member, you can only guess how the fraternity experience will impact your life once you've finished your collegiate years. For Adam Guy '04, the experience he had and the connections he made turned into a rewarding career where he is able to give back to the community that supported him. "I encourage everyone to continue to support their chapter so that future generations can continue to benefit from the Greek life experience!" Adam said. Adam is the president of Upper Crust Food Service (UCFS), which partners with fraternities and sororities to provide fresh, healthy, and exciting meals. is became a great fit for Adam because he enjoys being challenged, and the process of building a company has been a great journey. "We started with two houses at the University of Missouri and now serve hundreds of chapters across the country," Adam said. "It's my job is to lead by example and build a culture that makes UCFS a great partner to our customers and also a great employer to our staff." Adam remains connected to Gamma Rho in more than one way. He has lifelong friends from his time on Richmond Avenue who, to this day, oen engage in text conversations with one another. MEMORIES FROM RICHMOND AVENUE Adam Guy '04 Thanks Gamma Rho for Endless Opportunities Adam and his wife, Caroline, with their three children: Mason, Miles, and Grace. "Usually, these conversations revolve around our beloved Mizzou Tigers sporting events, but we also keep up with the growing families we each have and celebrate life's accomplishments along the way." Adam is also able to stay connected to Gamma Rho through his work, which was awarded the contract to provide food at Alpha Tau Omega as well as the Delta Delta Delta house at the University of Missouri. is was a big deal, because those houses mean so much to Adam and his wife, Caroline Oldfield Guy, of Tri Delta. Living in Columbia and working in a Greek town aer graduation oen reminds Adam of his college years. "My favorite memories were made in the dining room, which is why I have such a passion for providing great food in our fraternity and sorority houses," Adam said. "All of the fun, brotherhood bonding, and real conversations that happen over a good meal cannot be replaced." Adam has helped build the company to around 500 dedicated employees, and knowing that he has the ability to make a positive impact on their lives has been a great accomplishment as well. Adam and Caroline have been married for 12 years and are raising three kids: Mason (9), Miles (6), and Grace (2). ey also have a cute mini goldendoodle named Teddy. Adam enjoys playing and attending sporting events, including golf and basketball. When he's not working, he can be found enjoying his time with close friends and family.
