OUR SISTERHOOD IS STRONG
Delta Mu Excited for Fun Fall Events
H
ello from Tuscaloosa!
I would like to
congratulate our
fabulous Director of Recruitment
Events Adison Welborn '18
and the collegiate members on
a wonderful new pledge class.
We have 139 new members from
all over the country, and we are
looking forward to getting to
know them better and providing a
new home for them to learn, grow,
and mature into exceptional young
ladies.
The University of Alabama and Tri
Delta are back to a more normal
setting; however, masks are still
required in the house per U of
A guidelines. We have open houses
scheduled for some of the home football
games (see back page for schedule), and
we hope you will come to the house for
refreshments or just to cool off. You
should have received an email blast and
a postcard with this schedule. If you
did not receive an email from us, please
update your email address at tinyurl.
com/uatrideltaemail.
We are on the U of A's schedule to begin
our basement renovation in May 2022.
This and all other new U of A projects
have been on hold for over a year due to
the pandemic. We are excited to be able
to add more efficient study areas and
multipurpose space within our existing
walls in the basement. Our Chapter
meetings will continue to be held in this
space.
We are continuing to reach out to our
alumnae and want you to be informed
and involved in our Chapter. We are
always looking for enthusiastic alumnae
to serve on our House Corporation
Board and to help with recruitment in
the summer. Please let me know if you
might be interested.
Have a great fall. Roll Tide!
Delta Love,
Leslie Owen Kincaid '77
