TAU TOPICS
These men brought me into Theta Chi and helped make me who I am
through their knowledge, stories, and leadership. I can't thank them
enough for all they have done for the Fraternity and their brothers.
As brothers carry on Tau Chapter's legacy elsewhere, we look forward
to welcoming the Fall 2021 class. This Summer, Vice President of
Recruitment Mason Demichele '19 has made himself available to all
who have been interested in Theta Chi. Please reach out to him if you
know anyone who would be a great addition to our brotherhood.
Finally, I would like to personally thank Jerry Moore '55. I conversed
with Jerry this Summer when he reached out to me and told me about his
life. He also mailed me a package, which included his president's key
from 1956, Theta Chi badge, and a picture of himself that I requested.
We decided as a Chapter to frame the photo in the Chapter House. My
interaction with Jerry helped me understand the eternity of Tau Chapter,
which extends well beyond our years at UF.
Thank you, Jerry, and to all the alumni and families who make it
possible for active members to live, learn, and grow. We are grateful and
plan to add to the legacy you have helped to build at Tau Chapter. We
look forward to seeing everyone again in the Fall.
Fraternally,
Max Pachter '18
