Building for Our Next 100 Years at 310 S. Monroe TAU BETA CHAPTER OF CHI OMEGA AT OKLAHOMA STATE UNIVERSITY T hrough all the highs and lows we've experienced since graduating from Oklahoma State, we've been fortunate that we can count on our Chi Omega sisters to celebrate our greatest successes or support us when times are tough. It is a testament to the tight-knit sisterhood we have at Tau Beta Chapter that 497 sisters care so deeply about their Chi Omega experience and have contributed to the Building for Our Next 100 Years at 310 S. Monroe capital campaign to build a new Chapter House. While those loyal alumnae helped us make substantial progress to our goal, we have reached a critical juncture of the campaign. To be in the best financial position possible now that the construction on the chapter house has begun, we still need to raise $472,980 to reach our ultimate capital campaign goal. The time is now to give back to Tau Beta. Keeping pace with other sororities on Oklahoma State's campus has never been enough for Tau Beta. With this new Chapter House, we can provide potential new members a learning and social environment they can thrive in that is second to none at OSU. One special feature of the new Chapter House will be a donor wall that lists all the sisters and friends of Tau Beta who have contributed at least $5,000 toward the campaign. This is a golden opportunity to leave your legacy at Tau Beta for all sisters to see! We all know that our greatest Chi Omega achievements have been accomplished together, so it's important that we give back together. Don't miss out on your chance to join the class participation competition and help us collectively reach our $6 million campaign goal. Overall, we've raised $5.5 million in total pledges, so we need your help to get to the finish line. Let's take a moment to remember the final stanza of the Chi Omega symphony: to be loyal under any and all circumstances to my Fraternity and her highest teachings and to have her welfare ever at heart that she may be a symphony of high purpose and helpfulness in which there is no discordant note. There is no better way to show loyalty to our Fraternity than to give back so that the collegians and future generations of Chi Omegas at OSU can continue our sisterhood's sweet symphony. The time is now to give back to Tau Beta. Patty went into recruitment with an open mind, but it was clear to her from the first day of recruitment that the Tau Beta members had a warmth and respect for one another and potential new members that made her feel at home. That warmth and respect that Patty felt on that day haven't diminished. And Patty's passion for Chi Omega is stronger than ever. As a class leader of the Building Our Next 100 Years at 310 S. Monroe capital campaign, she wants Tau Betas to enjoy the same benefits for the foreseeable future. Giving to the capital campaign was another deci- sion that Patty took time to carefully consider, but in the end, it was a no-brainer for her to help rebuild Tau Beta's Chapter House. Cherishing Tau Beta's Warmth and Respect Patty Guillaume Chapin '75 Shares Why She Supported the Capital Campaign (Continued on page 4)
