A HOME TO SET ATĪ© APART C onsiderable analysis of costs, benefits, and outcomes went into planning a renovation of our beloved home. We can create a house that stands above all others for the next 50 years. Academic, learning, and leadership space will be expanded. Comfort and convenience standards and appearance will be elevated, making living in this house a preferred option, reflecting the higher expectations we have for standards of conduct and care. The budgeting process for the chapter has been robust and normally produces a slight annual surplus. A pro forma analysis was created to ensure stable operations. Through this process, we allotted a 30% increase in funds for ongoing care and maintenance of the facilities.
