TIMELINE RENOVATION & DESIGN

The clients lived in their apartment for some
time to get a feel for the space before they
ultimately decided on what they needed for
their home. This year-long renovation started
with a full gut of the apartment. The new floor
plan includes three bedrooms, two-and-a-half
bathrooms, a laundry room and an office.
Reclaimed oak floors, new electrical, new
plumbing, a new HVAC system, a new
sprinkler system and new audiovisual were
installed throughout. Two-tone custom kitchen
cabinets in high-gloss white lacquer and
walnut are a highlight of the kitchen.

Where there were basic builder-grade materials, there are now
unique custom cabinets, wall coverings and beautifully stained
walnut. A wall that had nothing going for it is now a show-stopper.
Bold colors and textures are featured throughout, yet the home is
cozy and welcoming. With natural walnut, deep blue cabinetry,
vibrant Scandinavian-inspired wallpaper and brass hardware
accents, this wall demands attention. Both functional and fun, this is
the dining room wow that the homeowner was looking for.
