Originally hoping to make cosmetic updates
to their 700-bottle wine room, these wine lovers
fell in love with the idea of using a different area
of the basement and incorporating existing
architecture to create a statement wine vault.
Their remarkable collection is now showcased
in a breathtaking curved glass vault that holds
over 1700 bottles. The wine vault features two
styles of racking, vertical stacked stone tile
installed throughout, large glass windows and
custom light fixtures from Spain.

This project took a bare, awkward bedroom
with 20-foot ceilings and transformed it into an
extravagant master retreat. Construction included
framing-in the upstairs space above the master
bedroom, remodeling the master bathroom,
creating new his-and-hers closets, a master
laundry room, refreshment bar and a spare
bathroom. A ventless fireplace with marble slab
surround was installed in the family room as well.
A catwalk was also installed to access the master
retreat from the second story. High-end fixtures
and stylish finishes throughout make this space a
one-of-a-kind renovation.
