THE NEW WHITE HOUSE ON PROVIDENCE
• Construction to be completed by fall 2022.
• Estimated project cost: $10 million
• The Alpha Phi lot will encompass the current property on Providence
Road, the building just south of the Alpha Phi house (once known as
the Francke Annex), and the current Alpha Phi annex on Curtis
Avenue. All three properties will be torn down to accommodate the
new chapter house.
• Parking will increase by roughly 20% and include
40 parking spaces (not all shown here).
