o remain competitive and create a safe, updated Chapter House,
Oklahoma Beta has engaged experts to develop a major renovation and
expansion project. CSL Project Management and Krittenbrink Architecture
have been retained to address the long-term needs and requirements of our
Pi Phi home.
THE PROJECT WILL INCLUDE:
• Construct a "safe room" for Oklahoma's severe weather
• Create a new grand front entry
• Completely renovate the kitchen
• Create new and/or update the existing bathrooms
• Install new zoned HVAC
• Replace plumbing throughout the house
• Meet the ADA compliance standard
