Totally Nutz Roasting up some fresh pecans, almonds and cashews Project Graduation As they do every year, Project Graduation will be providing delicious Chicken Dinners. The profits go towards a safe evening after graduation for seniors at Siloam Springs High School. The American Legion Once again the American Legion is serving up great meals for those who want a real sit down experience. They will serve cornbread, beans, homemade desserts, coffee, and tea on Friday. On Saturday they will serve spaghetti with garlic Texas toast, homemade desserts, coffee, and tea. Sunday is leftovers! Serving times are 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and 10:30 – 2:00 p.m. on Sunday. New 2021 vendors and more reasons to come hungry! The Dogwood Festival Committee is always looking to debut some new food venders and this year you will not be disappointed with their selection of first-timer food vendors. Here is a list: Hall Family Foods This truck, called "Chicken City" has chicken served all the ways you could imagine! Fried, smoked, gizzards, and more – if you like chicken, this is your stop! Beaver Tails Well known around Siloam Springs and Northwest Arkansas, we are excited to have Beaver Tails for the first time this year! Offering deep fried pastries with a variety of toppings, this truck is sure to impress! C&D Smoothies On a warm spring day, this truck with hit the spot with fresh smoothies in a variety of flavors! Nolen's Kettle Corn Yummy flavors of kettle corn and pork rinds. Becci's Café Becci's Café is a new truck featuring savory and sweet options – most notably their rolled ice cream in a variety of candy and pie flavors! Food vendors open up Friday and Saturday morning at 9:00 a.m. and are open until 7:30 p.m. Sunday hours are 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
