The Alumni
Corner
T
he undergraduates love hearing stories
from alumni, and vice versa. We
encourage you all to reach out and share
any photos or positive experiences you may
have had! These photos and stories are a
great way to show undergraduates and new
members the positive influence that their
experiences will have during and after their
time at WPI.
As many of us know, the friendships we make
while in the house last a lifetime. The content
shared by our alumni can also be used in our
next newsletter, so all alumni can reminisce
and hear about the good times the Brothers
still share even during this trying time. Send
us a quick update on how you are doing, and
we will put it in "The Alumni Corner" of the
next ECHO.
We strongly encourage connecting with us on
Instagram and Facebook! You can also reach
out to Alumni Relations Chairman Nicholas
Pitti '21 at napitti@wpi.edu if you have any
questions or need anything from the active
Brothers.
RECAPPING THE PAST,
CASTING A BRIGHT FUTURE
T
he year 2020 will be remembered by many as one of the hardest years in recent times,
largely due to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, Epsilon has adapted and overcome
these obstacles and continued to thrive.
Our Chapter has had to change our lifestyle in light of the pandemic. We made a great
house tour recruitment video for our Instagram page and website, leading to a successful
virtual recruitment. Brother Ardavasd Ardhaldjian '22 led a design team to create our new
website, an upgrade from the outdated one.
One of our biggest accomplishments this year was getting the siding redone on the house,
thanks to the hard work of the EBA. The new siding gives our home a modern, clean look
and catches the eye. We were also proud to receive Fraternity of the Year. All of the active
Brothers came together throughout the year and did their part in the Chapter to make it
happen.
Some individual Brothers have made large steps as well. Brother Alec Mitkov '21 was
recently hired by SpaceX to work on the Starship rocket. Great job, Alec! In addition,
Ardavasd won the election for IFC president. We also gave out our first chef's award this
past term. Congratulations to Nickolas Gardner '22 for cooking the best meals!
While we prospered throughout 2020, we look to 2021 with clear goals in mind. We
continue to emphasize the sound integration of the new members into the brotherhood. Even
with the pandemic restrictions, we believe this is our most important task. We also want
to ensure the preservation of our traditions, values, and ideals, as some of the foundation
pieces can be lost in the confusion of this unprecedented time.

Epsilon Chapter
Updates the Website
T
his year, a handful of Brothers committed
to redesigning the Epsilon website, which
had not been updated since 2018. The new
website features a banner-style homepage along
with many photographs from recent events, such
as our annual hike up Mt. Wachusett, Summer
Retreat, and the 110th. On the recruitment page,
you can view our calendar (which had to be
adapted for COVID guidelines) as well as an
amazing recruitment video created by Brother
Pete Springer '22. For those considering
donating to our Chapter or the alumni fund,
please visit the "Annual Fund" section. Check
out the website today for all this and more.
