Camp Bouse Dedication & Tour COUNCIL MEETING OF JANUARY 12, 2021: The Council decided for a Work Session for strategic planning on Wednesday and Thursday, February 24 and 25, 2021 at the Community Center at 9:00 a.m. on both days. COUNCIL MEETING OF JANUARY 26, 2021 Council voted unanimously to adopt Resolution 21-01 in recog- nition of the appreciation of the outstanding service, dedication, and work of Town Attorney Susan Goodwin. Mayor Simpson read the entirety of the resolution and held up a quartz crystal plaque that will be sent to Susan. Town Council voted to appoint Council Member Beverly Cunning- ham as the Primary Elected Desig- nated Check Signer. The purpose of this two-year designation is to as- sist in signing bank drafts on behalf of the Town. Council also voted to appoint Vice Mayor Loretta Warner as one of the Alternative Elected Designated Check Signers. The purpose of this two-year designation is to assist in signing bank drafts and checks on behalf of the Town. Council voted to continue to hold Council meetings via Zoom until further notice. Council will revisit this decision in one month.
