This is our passion and our life's work. Like
any great labor of love, putting everything we
have into it, and wearing our heart on our
sleeve is all we know. It's in our blood, our
sweat, and our tears. This is the product of
our unflinching effort. And we give it to you
— to be enjoyed however you like.
BST is hand distilled in small batches in a
converted laundromat in Eugene, Oregon.
Using locally sourced ingredients, including
Pacific Northwest winter wheat, BST is
triple-distilled and freeze-filtered for an
exceptionally smooth vodka that retains a
bold character.
Self-taught
Self-taught distiller Ben Green has embraced
his innter calling, and along with his
rescue pit bull Mr. Pickles, the pair live
and breathe the PNW they call home.
