6 SIGMA PHI EPSILON « KANSAS BETA « K-STATE Invest in the Future of Kansas Beta T his stage of our project requires assistance from a selective group of alumni—like you. We are working to identify brothers who have both the ability and interest to provide major assistance to the project. Remember that each of us benefited from the generosity, work, and sacrifice of those who went before us. We need your help now to achieve the following goals: • Address financial shortfalls due to the COVID pandemic and prepare for additional shortfalls should the pandemic require the facility to close for an additional semester. • Provide funds for much-needed improvements to keep the house competitive. • Pay off our mortgage to free up operating capital. • Continue with our major maintenance initiative to extend the life of the structure and its grounds. We urge your thoughtful consideration of this plan. You can help us meet these goals to reduce the burden of our financial situation and build a stronger Chapter that can thrive well into the future. "Kansas Beta has always been one of the top houses at Kansas State and widely known for its diverse membership with rich traditions. Ask yourself, where would you be if not for the men of Kansas Beta, its traditions, and those who made this experience possible for you? With your help, we will ensure the survival of the Chapter so that current and future members will experience the same life lessons, memories, and friendships that helped shape your life and professional career. Virtue, Diligence, and Brotherly Love were instilled in us at Kansas State and must be cultivated to flourish as alumni by giving back to the very Chapter that played a part in forming our post-graduate lives." – Joe Morgan '90
