Robert F. (Victoria); grandchildren, Gabriela and Paul; daughter, Patricia;
brother, Thomas; sister, Phyllis Taylor (Greg); and sisters-in-law, Parney
Hundhausen and Judy Davis (Rick); and many beloved nieces and neph-

from Lewis and Clark High School in Spokane, Wash., and pledged
Alpha Theta Delta of Chi Psi at the University of Washington in the fall

Europe before returning to the U.S. Robert obtained a master's degree
in public administration at University of Puget Sound in 1977. In 1999,

his country.
