It consisted of a virtual open house round with a digital house tour, followed by several rounds of Zoom calls with potential new members. We utilized breakout rooms within the Zoom calls to create a more intentional and personal environment between active members and potential new members. Between formal and informal recruitment, we welcomed 44 quality new members to the fall 2020 class. We can't wait to see what these brothers accomplish during their time with Missouri Alpha.
