As with any commercial project, there are always a few challenges and certainly COVID-19 created the need for a few adjustments. Lead time for materials increased, along with fabrication and transport time to the job site. Some selected products were discontinued or out of stock. But Check and the AO House Corporation were able to make quick decisions without compromising the overall design aesthetic and kept the project on track without delays. "I'm so excited for the alumnae to experience the new chapter house and bring their families to see it in person," said Check. "I'm looking forward to all the memories that will be made in the new house and how it will serve as the perfect place to celebrate our sisterhood for our next 100 years at OSU.
