a keepsake registry of local nonprofit organizations and
information on how your gifts of any size can best help
those right here in our community.
• Our November issue will feature stories of people in
our community who go about doing good things, often
without expecting anything in return.
• Dec. 1 is the date for this year's Giving Tuesday, a
global initiative that encourages people to do good. The
event, now in its ninth year, helps ensure that every act of
generosity helps make our community better.
