When Goodwill reopened in May after being closed due to COVID-19 restrictions, some processes had changed. She once bought art at a Florida Goodwill store for $35. It turned out to be valued at $800. "It was a piece of metal art, and I just liked it because I thought it would go great in my house," she said. "Sitting in the airport, waiting to get home, I decided to look it up, and that's when I discovered it was worth a good bit."
