5 Minnesota Alpha Jennifer Aksoz '17 I have made friendships that will last a lifetime and I am extremely grateful for the love and support that everyone gives to one another. I will list a few that stand out most: Lip-sync/ Ballyhoo, recruitment, initiation and Pi Beta Phitness. Samantha Anderson '16 Living in the house my sophomore year. Pi Phi has given me all of my best friends and helped me find my place at the U of M and I am so thankful for it! Meghan Blood '16 Pi Phi has largely shaped the person I am and my leadership style. I've had the opportunity to meet and lead an amazing group of women who inspire me with their friendship, care for others and loyalty to one another. My favorite memory has to be spirit week. It reminds everyone why they're in Pi Phi and what they love about Pi Phi's sisterhood. Lexi Enxing '16 Living in the house and sharing so many memories with so many different girls. Every day was something new and I will forever cherish living in! Callie Ferreira '16 I would have to say my time living in the house was above all the most rewarding. I made friends with women that I didn't think I would be close to. Pi Phi brought me my closest friends that I know I'll be walking alongside my whole life. Without them, I don't know where I would be today. Lauren Ganske '16 I am so thankful for Pi Phi bringing me some of my best friends and most impactful memories of my college experience. I will always cherish the year of living in the house as it was filled with so many fun experiences that I will never forget! Emma Goebbert '16 I am thankful for living in and sleepovers in the TV room! Diva Fab forever. Kailey Grefsheim '16 Living in and being able to go abroad with Pi Phis are two of my favorite memories. I met women that I will be friends with for life and have experienced college and all it has to offer with people who I genuinely love. Brianna Herbert '16 One of my favorite parts of Pi Phi is the entire initiation experience, which makes everyone feel even more connected to each other and our chapter. I also loved the experience of going to the 2017 international Convention where we celebrated 150 years of Pi Phi. Annabelle Lohrenz '17 I am thankful for all of the opportunities and friendships that Pi Phi has given me. Pi Phi has allowed me to grow as an individual and as a leader on so many levels. Lexie Meyer '17 I am so thankful for my time on Executive Council. Pi Phi gave me an incredible leadership experience and taught me resilience, accountability and creativity. College absolutely would not have been the same without Pi Phi - I am so thankful for this organization! Holly Myers '16 Meeting all of the people Pi Phi has brought me! I met my best friends in college through this organization and I cannot thank Pi Phi enough for it. Becca Rasmussen '16 Pi Phi impacted my college experience by giving me a sense of community at such a large school. I went into the recruitment process having no idea what Greek Life was actually about and it ended up being the most cherished aspect of my four years at the U. The time has truly flown by and although it's bittersweet, I have gained so many lifelong friends and have created the greatest memories. Madison Rhodes '16 Most of my favorite memories are from living in the house for 1.5 years, both with my pledge class and with the pledge class below me. I had Spread Your Wings, Graduates! SENIOR SPOTLIGHT the amazing opportunity to travel abroad with a few of my Pi Phi sisters, and I hold onto so many amazing memories from those months. Lastly, I greatly enjoyed my time as VP of Member Development. I grew my leadership skills and it was so rewarding to make a positive impact on the chapter. Noelle Simpson '16 I am thankful for an organization that brought me together with a well-educated group of women that share similar values. These women became the people in college that I could always count on. Annie Simpson '16 Living in with some of my best friends. It was also a great time waking up after a Thursday to have brunch in the dining room. We all rehashed our nights and end up staying in the dining room for hours on end until the point when dinner was served. Maddie Wiley '16 Overall living in the house and specifically living in the pink quad. All of the Bid Days and recruitment spirit weeks were easily my favorite times. Spending way too much time together in 90 degree weather with no air conditioning is somehow really fun. I have met my absolute best friends that will be my bridesmaids in my wedding and that have supported me through everything. Kate Woodcock '16 Taking advantage of the leadership opportunities. I learned many valuable skills as a communicator and collaborator that I will take with me into future careers and relationships. Jill Yazejian '16 Freshman and senior year initiations. Everyone bonded on those two days and it reminds me of why I love Pi Phi so much! 2020 Graduates Share Their Favorite Pi Phi Memories
