griculture today is more dynamic and complex than ever before, which necessitates the development of men in our
brotherhood.
For over 115 years, Alpha Gamma Rho has provided a transformational experience to the men who join our community.
We Make Better Men by surrounding our members with influences encouraging individuality. We provide developmental
opportunities to better their mental, moral, social, and physical qualities. And, we promote a broader outlook on the part
of agricultural community through fellowship with a national presence. Our undergraduate members go on to shape our
agricultural industry, which in turn impacts the world. ΑΓΡ is lifelong personal development with professional success.
While personal and professional development has been invaluable in the past, the needs of our young men are greater than
ever before. Our men are seeking a home away from home only ΑΓΡ can provide. Those men long for deep, meaningful
relationships. They are outcomes driven to seek personal and professional development that will lead them to succeed.
To provide for and empower this next generation that will advance and ensure our agricultural community we must meet
those needs. We have a plan to do so.
It's bold. It's ambitious. But it needs you. We need your experience, advice, and counsel to help shape the initiatives that
