MOST DONORS BY INITIATION CLASS 7 — 1957 6 — 1962 6 — 1970 Campaign Status At-a-Glance As of March 13, 2020 Total Raised: $758,218 Number of Contributors: 122 Goal: $1 Million NU CHAPTER HOUSE RENOVATION TIMELINE n 2015: Updates included new furniture; wall painting; new rugs; additional lighting; electrical maintenance; new carpet for chapter room, living room, library, and TV room; and a remodeling the house director's suite. We established a whole-house internet connection. PROJECT COSTS: $186,154 n 2016: A new high-efficiency boiler was installed and the radiators were renovated. New air conditioning systems were added. We corrected a code violation for street parking and made roof repairs. We also updated the back stairwell to meet fire and safety requirements. PROJECT COSTS: $369,521
