THETA DELTA DRAGON Page 2 I n 2014, Theta Delta embarked on A Return to Principles: The Campaign for Theta Delta to build a new Chapter House and lead our new colony to a positive restart and guide our members to be successful at The Ohio State University once more. The house corporation came together and created a plan for structural, system, and design improvements to make our house attractive, safe, and modern. Thanks to more than 150 brothers and friends, we have raised $3,734,797 for this historic campaign. A heartfelt thank-you goes to everyone who has contributed their time and money to make this campaign a success. Although the campaign is entering its final stage, there is still a need for alumni participation, possibly more than ever. We have an opportunity to refinance the debt from our project, which will put us in a better position financially—but we need you to help us get there. It is our charge to get to $4 million by June 30. By reaching this goal we set up a stable, successful future for Theta Delta. We know we can do this together. There is just $265,000 left to get to $4 million. The time to reflect on your Beta experience and what you've pledged, or not yet pledged, to this campaign is now. We need to make one last push to raise additional funds to set us up for a strong financial future.
