Megan: Sigma Kappa Idol. Bailey: Preference round. Favorite Greek Sing/Greek Jam Theme? Joyce: Didn't have a specific favorite but enjoyed being a part of Delta Upsilon's winning tradition. Joyce: Enjoyed participating in several philanthropy events. Cindy: Going to nursing homes on holidays. Joan: Caroling at retirement homes. Alanna: The Memory Walk for Alzheimer's. Megan: The soccer tournament on Taco Bell Fields with Phi Delta Theta to raise funds for Alzheimer's research. Bailey: The Walk to End Alzheimer's. What was a must-have fashion item? SIX DECADES OF DELTA UPSILON TRENDS AND TRADITIONS A s Delta Upsilon celebrates 60 years of sisterhood, let's look back at some of the trends and traditions of the past six decades with six of our loyal alumnae: Joyce Miller Lake '68, Cindy Howell '77, Joan Spurrier '84, Alanna Flath Bree '92, Megan Crain '04, and Bailey Becker Stout '13. Favorite university tradition or activity? Joyce: The Roaring '20s dance. Cindy: Homecoming. Joan: Big Sister breakfast kidnap. Alanna: Homecoming and serenades. Megan: Pomping with sisters and our pairing for the Homecoming parade float. Bailey: Bear Bash. Three words to describe Sigma Kappa Joyce: My life line. Cindy: Nurturing, lasting, and love. Joan: Friendship, loyalty, and lifetime. Alanna: Live with HEART. Megan: Friendship, opportunity, and loyalty. Bailey: Dependable, powerful, and sisterhood.
