4 E psilon Chapter has continued our success over the past year. Over the summer, we were awarded a Top TKE award for the eighth year in a row by the International Chapter at Conclave. Epsilon Chapter has now received a total of 24 Top TKE awards, the most of any TKE chapter in the nation. It truly was representative of the hard work from the men of Epsilon. In an effort to build upon our positive relationship with Iowa State, Epsilon Chapter invited President Wendy Wintersteen to the Chapter House for a formal dinner. During this event, members spoke with Wendy and her husband, with the night ending in a constructive Q&A regarding the role of fraternities on campus. It ended up being a productive and informative event for both parties, and we hope to keep the dialogue open. We kicked off the fall semester by welcoming 35 new members after another successful recruitment week. Epsilon Chapter continuously recruits high-quality young men to maintain our status as a top Greek organization on campus. We are excited to see what our new Fraters will accomplish. Epsilon Chapter has excelled in philanthropy through events such as Screams for St. Jude, Mac Attack, and Ash Fest. Overall, we raised over $52,500 for St. Jude and recorded over 6,300 service hours. Epsilon remains the highest fundraising fraternity at Iowa State thanks to the efforts of all our members. Greek competitions at Iowa State are fierce, and we have maintained a solid presence at the top of the rankings alongside the women of Delta Zeta and the men of Delta Sigma Phi. We finished second overall in Homecoming thanks to impressive performances with our Sandlot Yell Like Hell performance and Scooby Doo lawn display. In the spring, we paired with Alpha Phi during Greek Week and came home with five awards. We are proud of the hard work and effort of our members and look forward to bringing home more awards in the future. As always, we are grateful for the support of our generous alumni. It was great to see so many Fraters return to campus for our Homecoming tailgate. Active members always love hearing stories from our alumni. If you were not able to attend Homecoming, we welcome you to visit the Chapter House next time you find yourself in Ames.
