THE CHIMES Many hands make light work, and with the support of additional Tau Kappa Epsilon alumni, we are confident we will reach our goals. We would be honored to add your name to the enclosed list of donors helping us do so. Consider making your pledge today, payable over the next five years, to help us achieve our $4.5 million goal and put Epsilon on solid financial footing. Donors who contribute $10,000 or more will be included on a permanent donor plaque in the new Chapter House. WHAT'S NEXT? While we plan to begin construction as early as spring 2020, we can't solidify a start date until we've reviewed all bank loan proposals. An architect is working with a small student group on the project plans, and they are looking at alternate pricing options. We need the final plans to submit the project to bid. These bids will give us a better picture of the necessary financing to select the appropriate loan for a project of this size. PAY IT FORWARD We urge you to do your part today by returning the enclosed pledge card with a gift to commemorate the time you spent at Epsilon and ensure Tau Kappa Epsilon's legacy at Iowa State University. The need is real and the opportunity is great for us to provide for the next generation and keep preparing "Better Men for a Better World."
