We will honor the 1995 and 1970 initiates for 25 and 50 years of membership to Tau Beta. Sisters from these classes are invited to attend the ceremony on Saturday as well as stay overnight at the Chi Omega house. An Ideal Chi O Woman Sisters Share Fond Memories of Margo Beshara Dunbar '69 A s a "Tulsa Girl," Margo Beshara Dunbar '69 was already well-known at Tau Beta prior to recruitment. Through her academic and extracurricular achievements at Bishop Kelley as well as coming from a well-liked family who owned a popular local business, Margo was on track to join Tau Beta. But it was personality that made her a perfect fit for Chi Omega. "Margo is personality plus," Terry Nostrand Dupree '68 stated. "She has a distinctive voice that I can pick out in a crowd, and she is always smiling." Margo has always strived for success. She served as Chapter president, took part in many campus organizations, was selected for Mortar Board, and worked part-time at a department store. As a clothing, textile, and merchandising major, Margo was known for her style and was always sporting the latest fashion. She was also known for her great sense of humor, her laugh, and loyalty to her Tau Beta sisters. "My memories of Margo are all positive. She is a beautiful woman inside and out. Always dressed to the nines with an infectious laugh that engages everyone. She is fun-loving, a leader, and a friend to all—an ideal Chi O woman," Ann Ackerman '69 said.
