Post retirement, Wally flew a private jet for a wealthy rancher for several years until he passed away and the aircraft was sold. He now hunts upland birds five months out of the year with his bird dogs and travels to the relatively few he didn't see during his career in the Air Force. Wally has taken multiple trips to Ireland, which has become one of his favorite destinations. Email: wallyb06@yahoo.com Donald Warwick '71 and his wife, Elin, moved in February from Hudson Valley, N.Y., to a Jack Nicklaus Signature community in Lake Leowee, S.C. It's apparent that Jack designed this course for his game when he was on the regular tour. Even from the regular men's tees its handicap rating is over 71 with a slope of 137 and 104 bunkers! Don writes, "I guess I'll need to hit the fitness center a lot to ever get back to a single digit handicap." If you're ever in the Greenville area, shoot Don and Elin an email. Email: dwar8816@gmail.com Michael C. Murphy '77 retired from the classroom after 24 years at LSU. He's still active in research, developing modular fluid systems for disease detection and monitoring knee kinematics. His wife, Lisa, is the chairwoman of chemical engineering at Clarkson University, where Michael also has a research position. He would love for you to stop by if you are in the north country.
