Gospel Jams Sunday night 6:30 p.m.- Country Jams Wednesday nights 6:30 p.m - Free Ballroom Dance Lessons 2nd and 4th Tuesday 1:30 p.m.- Dance Every Thursday @ 7:00 p.m. PANCAKE BREAKFAST Saturday, November 9th, 7:30 – 9:30 at Queen of Peace Church 5005 Mockingbird St (¾ mile East of ARCO Station) "All you can eat Pancakes, plus Sau- Christmas Light Parade set for Dec. 7 The annual Christmas Light Parade sponsored by the Quartzsite Area Chamber of Commerce in coopera- tion with the Town of Quartzsite will be held on December 7th 2019 starting at 7 p.m. Line up starts at 5 p.m. in the behind of the Quartzsite Improve- ment Association (QIA) at Cactus St. Participants please enter from Palo Verde. The parade will travel east on Main St. to Plymouth Rd. where it will turn left onto N. Plym- outh Rd. and head north to E. Quail Trail. Parade entrants will pass the Commununity Center and proceed onto the Football. This year the judges stand will be located at the corner of N. Plymouth & E. Quail Trail, across from Town Hall. If you would like to be a judge for the pa- rade please contact the Chamber at 928-927-5200. Following the parade, Town of Quartzsite will host the After Party at the Community Center with re- freshments and presentation of awards. There will also be Santa and Mrs. Claus to greet the children and take photos. Applications for the parade are now available at the Quartzsite Chamber & Tourism and must be turned in be- fore December 3th to be able to get into the parade. There is no entry fee. All entries are welcome as long as they are in the theme of Christ- mas and are lit so the judges can see them well. Entrants should pick their numbers at the Chamber by Friday 2pm. For more information, or to re- ceive an application for the parade, please come in to the Chamber offi ce at 1240 W. Main St., or call 928-927- 5200. The Chamber is open Wed. Thurs & Friday 10am-2pm. Start thinking now about your fl oat or entry for the parade and join in all the fun of this wonderful light parade that brings the Christmas spirit to all of us!!! Welcome back to all of our mem- bers and a warm invitation to any- one who would like to sew with us. We are meeting as usual at the Quartzsite Senior Center in the big hall every Tuesday from 9AM until 3PM. Annual dues are $10 for the Club and $5 for the Senior Center membership. "Bonnie's Fabric on Wheels" will be here on the fi rst Tuesday of every month. Bonnie and Ken can satisfy your fabric and notion needs.
