FAMILY TRADITION AT DOLLY PARTON'S STAMPEDE Christmas is about tradition and recapturing this magical time with family and friends. Guests will be awed by the birth of Jesus portrayed in a living nativity with Mary, Joseph, the three wise men atop real camels, and shepherds leading donkeys and their flock of sheep. The true meaning of the season comes alive right before guests' eyes. It's the most special time of year for families, who continue to make Christmas at Dolly Parton's Stampede part of their annual family tradition. LEGENDS IN CONCERT Enjoy the new fall lineup of great entertainment through October 31 with tributes to The Temptations, Marilyn Monroe, The Blues Brothers™ and Elvis Presley on stage at Dick Clark's American Bandstand Theater. The Temptations are back, known for their distinct harmonies, choreography and wardrobe, "The Emperors of Soul" are always a crowd favorite. She was born Norma Jean Mortenson, but you know her as Marilyn Monroe. "Diamonds are a Girl's Best Friend" and "I Wanna Be Loved By You" are a few of the songs performed by this American icon. "Shake Your Tail Feather" with The Blues Brothers™! Jake and Elwood are sure to get "Everybody" laughing and dancing in their seats. And a tribute to Elvis Presley will highlight both the opening and closing act, showcasing two eras of "The King of Rock & Roll" from the '60s & '70s. The new venue is named after the Yates-penned, Grammy award-winning George Jones classic, "Choices," and will feature a full restaurant and bar, a huge dance floor and two stages for live shows and concerts. Various country music memorabilia will be displayed throughout including all of Yates' gold and platinum record awards, autographed guitars, hand-written lyrics of some of the biggest country songs ever.
