I
t's been another fun-filled fall for
Gamma Iota Chapter in Gainesville!
Our beloved chapter house debuted a fresh
new look this fall. We installed new flooring
in the chapter room, new chandeliers
in the dining room, and a new remote-
controlled auto screen in the chapter room
for presentations and videos shown during
recruitment.
While there is a great deal of excitement
about the additions, there are even more
exciting chapter house updates in the works.
We're moving forward with our five-year
plan to tear down and rebuild the old suites.
We've been in planning and saving mode for
over three years. Keep an eye out for more
details and information about this plan in
future issues.
If you happen to be in the Gainesville area,
we hope you will stop by our beautiful
chapter house and visit with the beautiful
women who live in it.

she hasn't lost sight of her beginnings at
Alpha Chi Omega.
"I joined Alpha Chi Omega because
I wanted to meet women who were
involved on campus, but of course I soon discovered it
was so much more than that! I stayed
because I loved the women I met,
especially my big," Kristen said.
When Kristen left high school, she
was laser-focused on graduating fast
and getting a job in politics. However,
where she learned the most wasn't in
the classroom. It was in Alpha Chi
Omega. By joining Gamma Iota and
becoming president, Kristen developed
in ways she never expected.
