Honey-Bacon Goat
Cheese Dip

Serves: 6-8
INGREDIENTS
8 ounces goat cheese, soened
3 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 T. honey
Fresh berries or thyme leaves,
optional garnish
Garlic pita chips
DIRECTIONS
Place the goat cheese on a small
serving platter. Drizzle honey over
goat cheese and sprinkle bacon
crumbles over the top. Garnish with
fresh berries or thyme leaves and
serve with pita chips.

Transfer the cheese mixture onto a
large piece of plastic wrap and shape
into a ball as best you can. Wrap
up the cheese ball and place in the
refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Remove from refrigerator and
reshape into a ball again.
Place the pumpkin seeds and extra
herbs on a plate. Roll the cheese
ball in the mixture and gently press
down so the seeds and herbs stick to
the outside. Keep wrapped in plastic
and refrigerated until serving.
