Chapter Eternal
Jimmy G. Crocker '54 entered Chapter
Eternal on January 23 while spending his 25th
winter in Arizona. Jim retired as a nuclear
physicist in 1992. He will be missed by his
friends, family, and Sigma Chi brothers.
Hubert W. "Hoot" Watson '57 entered
Chapter Eternal on February 5, 2019. Hoot
resided in Oklahoma at the time of passing.
He served in several military installations
including Fort Sill, Okla., Sheppard Air Force
Base, Texas, Offutt Air Force Base, Neb., and
Ellsworth Air Force Base, S.D. Hoot left a
lasting impression on his family and friends
and will be greatly missed by all.
Everett W. Stewart Jr. '63 passed on to
Chapter Eternal on December 26, 2018, in
Bartlesville, Okla. Everett enjoyed a long career
in human resources and retired in 2005. He
was very involved with the Sigma Chi Alumni
Association throughout his life. Everett will be
missed by his friends, family, and Sigma Chi
brothers.
J. Scott Andrews '86 entered Chapter Eternal
in August 2018. After a successful career in
banking, he graduated OCU law school in
1993 with honors. In 2005, Scott became the
first executive director of the Mercy Memorial
Health Center Foundation. From 2000 to
2011, Scott served on the boards for Ardmore
Chamber of Commerce and the Ardmore
Development Authority. He was a graduate of
Ardmore Leadership and Leadership Oklahoma
XVII Class. Scott also served as president of
the Carter County Bar Association, treasurer
of the Salvation Army Board, member of the
Sunshine Industries board, and municipal judge
for the town of Dickson, Okla.

Stephen Cubbage '89 moved to Charlotte,
N.C., in July 2018 to open an office for Haynes

Brig. Gen. Brent Wright '89 was promoted
from colonel to brigadier general on May 1,
2019, by Governor Stitt. Brent serves as the
director of legislative affairs for the Oklahoma

Curtis Formby '09 gave six years of service to
the Bartlesville Fire Department. He is now the
owner and operator of Double E Ranch with
his wife, Blake. Curtis and Blake live in Osage
County raising their two daughters, Reece and
Bow.
