Conclusions Based on the information gathered during the feasibility study, Pennington & Company concludes that alumnae have a deep affinity toward Delta Xi Chapter. Ninety-five percent of alumnae are still "Very Interested" or "Interested" in the chapter. Moreover, 98% of alumnae felt during their undergraduate years Tri Delta was "The Best" or "Among the Best" of chapters on campus. Interviewees have a sense of pride for Tri Delta and the experience they had. As Delta Xi Chapter looks to find additional ways to enhance the Tri Delta experience at MU, alumnae will be more likely to participate in these efforts to continue to see their chapter remain a top-tier organization on campus. Due to the pride and affinity alumnae share for Delta Xi Chapter, they are keen to find ways to stay involved with the organization. When discussing areas the alumnae leadership could enhance the alumnae experience, women remarked they would like to be informed of additional ways to get involved and have more opportunities to interact with fellow alumnae at chapter events. While all eras expressed an interest in staying connected to Delta Xi by way of publications and events, interviewees, particularly from the late 1980s and 1990s, feel a courtesy notice to alumnae is necessary when legacies do not receive a bid from the chapter. Women from all eras understand the need to update the décor and furnishings to the basement and first-floor common areas to remain competitive with other sororities on campus. Eighty-nine percent of interviewees feel the project goals are "Very Important" or "Important." Furthermore, 95% of interviewees felt other alumnae might understand the project's importance and 98% of interviewees thought the board should probably proceed with a capital campaign to support these renovations. For a $800,000 campaign goal to be feasible, 10 six-figure and mid-five-figure pledges are needed to fulfill the leadership-level gifts. When discussing their
