PAGE 4 PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS A s Louisiana Tech University and hundreds of other colleges and universities across the country realize, facilities matter when recruiting the ideal candidates for admission. We cannot afford to continue offering a chapter house that does not fit the needs of the modern student. The Eta Zeta House Corporation and undergraduate leadership engaged Eta Zeta alumnus Fred Bennett '84 with Architecture Associates and determined we must build a new chapter house to ensure our legacy of success continues for decades to come. Our plan is to demolish our current house and rebuild on the land we own at 809 West Mississippi. We will construct a grand chapter house that will exemplify Sigma Nu's legacy as the best fraternity at Louisiana Tech. Incorporating the old with the new at the request of the undergraduate chapter. The following images are to be viewed as inspiration only.
