s Louisiana Tech University and hundreds of other colleges and universities across the
country realize, facilities matter when recruiting the ideal candidates for admission.
We cannot afford to continue offering a chapter house that does not fit the needs of the
modern student.
The Eta Zeta House Corporation and undergraduate leadership engaged Eta Zeta alumnus
Fred Bennett '84 with Architecture Associates and determined we must build a new
chapter house to ensure our legacy of success continues for decades to come.
Our plan is to demolish our current house and rebuild on the land we own at 809 West
Mississippi. We will construct a grand chapter house that will exemplify Sigma Nu's legacy
as the best fraternity at Louisiana Tech.
