Theta Kite 2 W e have had yet another exciting year here at the Alpha Chi Chapter! We initiated 41 charismatic and motivated new members last October; they have been an incredible asset to our chapter. Watching them grow, form lasting friendships, and show interest in becoming more involved within Theta has been extremely rewarding! SUCCESS AT HOME AND ABROAD As always, academic success remains a top priority. Our members love to experience new cultures and learn in unique ways. We currently have members studying abroad in London, Germany, and Venice. Members have also devoted their time to mission trips in Panama and Nicaragua. While we miss any member who is away, we know that our sisters are doing some extraordinary things in the world. Our members also continue to land impressive internships during the school year and throughout the summer months. Companies include Anheuser-Busch, Roche, Eli Lilly, PepsiCo, Stryker, HarperCollins Publishers, and many more. THETA STANDS OUT Alpha Chi continues to show leadership in a multitude of organizations all across campus. We have members represented in clubs such as Boiler Gold Rush, Old Masters, Rising Professionals, Mortar Board, and Purdue University Dance Marathon. Our members also spend their time volunteering for organizations such as Pete's Pals, Timmy Global Health Club, and College Mentors for Kids. Watching members work so hard to achieve great things reminds me every day why I chose to be a Theta. There is no doubt that this chapter is full of Leading Women. THANK YOU, ALUMNAE Our chapter's overall success would not be possible without the unwavering support of our alumnae. Whether it's baking us treats during a grueling week of studying for finals, supplying academic resources, or your many other ways of support, we are so grateful for all that our alumnae do for us. Being an Alpha Chi Theta is an honor that we all feel privileged to embrace. We are so lucky to be surrounded by such motivating and powerful women as our sisters and are looking forward to a great rest of the semester.
