ur beautiful house will officially be open
to the public the weekend of September
20-22, 2019.
An Eventbrite website will be set up soon and
will be the primary tool to communicate plans.
Attendees will be required to register through the
website in order to attend events. The website
will be published in the next mailing in early
summer and posted via various social media
pages in advance of the mailing. We expect large
crowds and we must manage flow so everyone
can enjoy our new facility safely.
FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 20:
• Chicken Finger Friday (potentially limited
to students and family):11 a.m.-2 p.m.
• Donor Appreciation Reception (must be a
donor by June 30, 2019): 7 p.m.-9 p.m.
SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 21:
• Tailgate on the Maple Street Courtyard
(San Jose State vs. Arkansas): TBD
(pending game time)
SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 22:
• Official Dedication Ceremony: 1 p.m.
(arrive early)
Tours will be available to alumnae throughout
the weekend. Note: all times subject to change.
*Please note, we will not be able to host any
alumnae until the dedication in September.
Everyone is so excited to see the house come
alive over the summer. We ask that alumnae
not try and stop by the house during the spring,
summer, or at an early football game. If you
want to see the inside of the house, please plan to
join us for the dedication weekend in September.
