She previously served as a management intern for Wrightsville Beach from September 2002 to April 2003, but it became quickly apparent that she was capable of handling a larger role in the organization. Commercial, Industrial and Multifamily Property Owners May Be Eligible For Credit Her other experiences include working as a management intern for the Town of Elizabethtown Planning Department and as youth programs director for the Wilmington Athletic Club. ���We���re excited to have Ms. Davis as a part of our organization in Fayetteville,��� City Manager Ted Voorhees said. ���She brings valuable municipal management experience, which she has gained progressively over the last 12 years in many areas, including public relations and citizen engagement. Some owners may be eligible to receive as much as an 80 percent fee credit if they meet one, two or all of three requirements. s. Industrial property owners can get up to an 80 percent credit by complying with all three requirements. Commercial and multifamily property owners can receive as much as a 60 percent credit on their stormwater fees. In order to receive the fee credit, owners must apply for the incentive by April 15 and have a completed, functioning stormwater facility. Upon approval of the VWRUPZDWHU IDFLOLW\ DQG DSSOLFDWLRQ WKH FUHGLW ZLOO EH UH��HFWHG LQ WKH DQQXDO ELOOLQJ RI the stormwater fee in August.
